- Initial client meeting (face to face) to familiarise ourselves
with the company culture, the strategic business plan and the
bigger recruitment picture.
- Discuss the current requirements. Agree the job descriptions,
understand the candidate criteria in order to achieve a full
job/role specification.
- Agree the routes to identify candidates and timescale to source
candidates. Search /Selection (headhunting), Advertising conventional
and internet or Database
- Agree the structured recruitment process against the agreed
criteria. This can include psychometrics, adaptive ability testing
or a full assessment programme.
- Finally agree our fees based on your requirements and your
budgets
