Recruitment for general positions

Often finding good candidates becomes a challenge. Frequently the selection process is overshadowed by the commercial necessity to fill vacancies.

Christopher Murray consultants have a lifetime of experience in providing real solutions; matching client's commercial needs with culture and fit ability "we don't just fill vacancies".

We can also provide a number of leading edge recruitment tools wherever appropriate, including on-line Assessor for personality profiling and Profilor for adaptive ability testing. These products can be used as part of the recruitment process, as part of an assessment centre programme or accessed as stand alone tools to support the selection process.

Christopher Murray consultants consider themselves equally at home whether they are conducting a major campaign for a large number of employees in customer service or a one off replacement for a Managing Director. The position is not as important as the process to find the right solution. Naturally, we recognise there are differences and as such would tailor the process to suit the project this could vary from Search (headhunting) at one extreme to our own extensive database on the other extreme.

Whichever route is chosen this would be agreed at the start of any project along with a clear definition of the role and the criteria to recruit against.
